Kasia, sorry for just posting this but well... Kasia emailed me a while back with a link to her blog showing this really cute custom NaniBird and cottage made from scrapbooking papers. I love how she's used buttons for the eyes. Unfortunately since it is one of a kind, it's not available for download, but still check out her site to see more pics and other great crafts. Bonus points if you can read Polish.
